About the role

What you’ll do
Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing through offer closing across multiple teams and roles
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop hiring strategies
Improve recruiting processes and deliver a strong candidate experience
Source and close senior and hard-to-find technical talent
Manage multiple recruiting pipelines across more than one site
What you’ll need
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates
Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles, including silicon hiring
Experience using an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Professional working proficiency in English and Hebrew
Experience communicating with stakeholders/leadership or using data analytics to identify problems
Track record of sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-find technical talent in a competitive market
