Analyzes and resolves customer inquiries
Coordinates with internal business partners on client issues and business systems
Conducts discussions with clients in a confident manner

Engages with customers, builds rapport, and handles objections
What you’ll need
1-2 years banking/financial industry experience
1+ years experience working with customers
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience
