About the role
Cutera is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to define, develop, and commercialize energy-based medical devices, owning product strategy from concept through launch while translating clinical needs into technical requirements.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and lifecycle management
Define and commercialize energy-based medical devices
Translate customer and clinical needs into product priorities
Lead cross-functional collaboration from development through launch
Manage product requirements and priorities
Support regulatory clearance and commercial launch
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
8-13+ years in product management, product development, or engineering
Experience developing and commercializing FDA-regulated medical devices
Experience with energy-based medical devices (laser, RF, IPL, ultrasound, etc.)
Knowledge of IEC 60601, IEC 60825, ISO 14971, and IEC 62366
Experience supporting FDA 510(k) and international regulatory submissions
