What you’ll do
Lead development of scalable customer-facing products
Develop platform capabilities
Build AI-powered workflows that turn safety data into actionable insights
Develop end-to-end solutions across backend services, APIs, and modern web applications
Build and scale customer-facing AI/LLM-powered products in production
Operate in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with distributed teams
What you’ll need
4+ years of experience building, shipping, and operating scalable customer-facing production systems
Experience developing end-to-end solutions across backend services, APIs, and modern web applications
Proven ability to move quickly, navigate ambiguity, and make thoughtful technical tradeoffs
Experience or demonstrated interest in AI-native development including LLMs, evaluations, and agentic workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and cross-functional partners
Experience building and scaling customer-facing AI/LLM-powered products in production environments
