What you’ll do
Build a Deal Desk capability from scratch, defining processes, governance, and stakeholder workflows
Drive strategic commercial initiatives and governance across Merchant Services
Lead cross-functional execution with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Produce executive-ready communications and strategic materials
Partner with Risk, Legal, and Finance to design compliant, scalable commercial processes
What you’ll need
7+ years in commercial strategy, business management, deal structuring/deal desk, product/commercial operations, or strategic program leadership
Experience building functions or capabilities from scratch
Proven track record advising and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Direct deal desk, deal structuring, or pricing approval workflow experience in Payments or commercial banking
