About the role
Fluidstack is seeking a Lead Incident Responder to own its US incident response and 24/7 coverage program. What you’ll do
Lead incident response and own the 24/7 coverage program for the US region
Manage and grow a team of senior responders
Coordinate executive, legal, and customer communications during incidents
Drive incident remediation across cyber, physical, and OT environments
Design or run a 24/7 on-call program with SLAs and escalation chains
Build operating relationships across security, infrastructure, and physical/facilities teams
What you’ll need
Led material incidents end to end as a senior incident commander
Managed and grew a team of senior responders while staying in the on-call rotation
Designed or run a 24/7 on-call program with SLAs and escalation chains
Made disclosure-grade calls under regulatory and customer reporting clocks
Built operating relationships across security, infrastructure, and physical/facilities teams
Experience bridging cyber, physical, and OT/ICS environments
