Proven ability to convert ambiguous problems into structured strategies, roadmaps, and executable plans
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation and aligning senior stakeholders
Experience simplifying operational processes, streamlining workflows, and identifying automation opportunities
Expertise in fraud strategy, misuse/abuse, fraud operations, controls, risk, and credit card rewards/loyalty or payments
