About the role

What you’ll do

• Set enterprise application architecture standards and lead architecture for complex application and modernization initiatives
• Own the enterprise AI software development lifecycle and Spec-Driven Development standards, toolchain, guardrails, and verification practices
• Coach teams and architects in adoption of standards and practices
• Design verification approaches for non-deterministic AI output, including evaluation harnesses and quality gates
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives
• Build evidence-based business cases for AI SDLC investment

What you’ll need

• Minimum 12 years experience in architecture with significant enterprise architecture leadership across complex regulated enterprises
• Minimum two architect or senior-level industry certifications required upon hire
• Deep proficiency in at least one modern enterprise language and ecosystem such as Java, C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or Python
• Strong command of API design and integration, domain-driven design, and secure-by-design principles
• Expert use of AI coding agents and assistants including configuration, custom instructions, and multi-agent orchestration
• Understanding of AI governance and risk in software delivery, including responsible AI principles and regulatory expectations
