Mitratech is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join its Workforce Compliance Engineering team, building AI-first SaaS products for legal, GRC, and HR. The role focuses on developing customer-facing AI features and AI-assisted development pipelines while ensuring quality, security, scalability, and accuracy.
What you’ll do
Build customer-facing AI features
Develop AI-assisted development pipelines
Ensure software quality, security, scalability, and accuracy
Design evaluation and testing strategies for non-deterministic systems
Integrate AI agents into CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates
Deliver and support AI/LLM-powered features in production
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience developing SaaS applications
Hands-on experience with Python, React, and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB)
Experience with LLM patterns including prompt design, RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration
Experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin, or Codex in workflows
Strong fundamentals in system design, API security, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
