About the role
AdaptHealth is seeking a Director to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from approval to regional adoption, overseeing roadmaps, delivery, vendor partnerships, and change management. What you’ll do
Lead a portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from approval through regional adoption
Oversee initiative roadmaps, delivery, and change management
Manage vendor and technology partnerships
Track progress, risks, and realized benefits
Develop and mentor high-performing teams
Drive cultural and organizational change
What you’ll need
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic initiatives, digital transformation, or operations management
Track record delivering digital, automation, and/or AI-enabled solutions from design to adoption
Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
Proficiency in project management, performance tracking, and vendor/technology partner management
Strong financial acumen including P&L, business case development, ROIC, IRR, and NPV
Proven leadership and change management skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
