About the role
Loadsmart is hiring a remote Warehouse AI Orchestration Lead to extend its AI agent platform into warehouse operations. The role involves defining automation workflows, specifying agent behavior, guiding WMS integrations, and supporting customer adoption.
What you’ll do
Define warehouse workflows for automation

Ensure solutions reflect real distribution center operations
What you’ll need
6–10 years across warehouse operations and WMS implementation, integration, or solution consulting
Hands-on experience with at least two of: Manhattan WMOS/Active WM, Blue Yonder WMS, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS Cloud, Körber/HighJump, Infor WMS
Experience building or specifying WMS–TMS–ERP integrations (EDI 856/940/945, APIs, middleware)
Distribution center floor experience as supervisor, engineer, analyst, or on go-lives; product instinct; comfort with ambiguity and working closely with fast-moving engineers
U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
