What you’ll do

• Partner across biometrics, clinical development, IT, and business teams
• Turn scientific, statistical, and operational challenges into scalable analytical products
• Develop automation solutions and decision-support capabilities
• Advance technology-enabled clinical development

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, informatics, life sciences, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of experience developing analytical solutions, scientific computing applications, or data products in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Experience translating scientific or business requirements into scalable software, analytical products, or operational capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving analytics, technology, and business stakeholders
• Experience deploying production-grade analytical applications, decision-support tools, or automation solutions
• Proficiency with Python, R, SAS, SQL, or equivalent technologies
