About the role
This Business Analyst role supports enterprise technology and processes for fuel, equipment, maintenance, and acquisitions, connecting operational teams, finance, and vendors. Responsibilities include translating business needs into requirements, data analysis, and user training across multiple operating companies.
What you’ll do
Translate business needs into requirements, process designs, configurations, and test scenarios
Support systems, data, processes, training, and enterprise solutions
Communicate with field employees, leaders, finance, technical teams, and vendors
Manage multiple priorities and break initiatives into milestones
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective action
Identify risks and escalate issues appropriately
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Operations, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in business analysis or asset-intensive environments
Experience documenting requirements and workflows, supporting testing, and training users
Strong Excel and data-analysis skills
Ability to learn ERP, EAM/CMMS, fleet, MRO, fuel, telematics, reporting, and integration technologies
Clear communication and collaboration skills
