Bridgenext is hiring a Product Analyst for Commercial Analytics to support the Product Owner by translating business needs into stories, managing the backlog, and ensuring agile delivery in a MedTech commercial operations environment.
What you’ll do
Translate business needs and requirements into stories for the squad backlog
Develop and clarify requirements to support Agile delivery
Support user experience and track team-level metrics
Align squad priorities with business needs
Manage product backlog and release plan
Attend product team ceremonies and remove blockers
What you’ll need
Experience leading cross-functional self-organized teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience
Experience gathering requirements and translating into product vision
Experience in CRM, Data & Analytics, MedTech commercial operations
Solid English verbal and written communication skills
