About the role
DLA is seeking a Senior Strategic Planning Specialist to advise senior leaders on enterprise strategic planning, performance monitoring, and organizational improvement. What you’ll do
Advise senior leaders on strategic planning and organizational effectiveness
Coordinate enterprise strategic planning and performance monitoring activities
Lead organizational-culture and workforce-engagement assessments
Analyze survey, feedback, and performance data to identify trends and risks
Develop actionable recommendations, communications, and leadership briefings
Monitor and support implementation of organizational-improvement action plans
What you’ll need
U.S. citizenship required
Non-Critical Sensitive position with Secret access
Specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 level for GS-13 qualification
Experience designing and implementing agency initiatives, projects, or programs
Experience analyzing organizational-culture and workforce-engagement data
Experience advising senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
