Zoom is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for Zoom Virtual Agent, shaping conversational and agentic AI experiences across chat, voice, and LLM-powered interfaces while partnering with product, research, and engineering.

Shape conversational and agentic AI experiences for businesses and their customers
Own design end to end for Zoom Virtual Agent
Set design quality standards across chat, voice, and LLM-powered interfaces
Partner with product, research, and engineering
Manage complex cross-functional design projects across multiple teams and time zones
Define design standards and best practices for conversational and generative interfaces at scale
What you’ll need
8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered interaction and conversational design
Proven experience with AI, LLMs, and conversational design, including chatbots, IVRs, and LLM-powered interfaces
Track record of managing complex, cross-functional design projects across multiple teams and time zones
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
Deep expertise in conversation design with solid understanding of NLU and large language models
Proficiency in Figma and emerging AI-native design and prototyping tools
