About the role
Anduril Industries is looking for a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and operate ArsenalOS applications for production planning, work assignment, and factory-floor execution. The role focuses on developing reliable, offline-capable manufacturing systems for Maritime factories, working closely with operators and engineering teams.
What you’ll do
Build and operate ArsenalOS applications for production planning and work assignment
Develop reliable, offline-capable interfaces for factory-floor execution
Design and implement full-stack web systems for manufacturing environments
Collaborate with operators and engineering teams to improve workflows
Ensure high availability and low latency under real-world operational constraints
Implement data synchronization and conflict resolution in distributed systems
What you’ll need
8+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
Deep expertise in full-stack web development across frontend and backend
Strong fluency in modern architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud/edge infrastructure
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and web frameworks
Experience building offline-capable web apps with service workers, IndexedDB, local storage, and PWA patterns
U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data
