About the role

What you’ll do
Design and maintain go-to-market onboarding programs
Own program design and ramp readiness
Measure onboarding effectiveness and link it to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention
Build cross-functional partnerships to improve sales-hire performance and retention
What you’ll need
5+ years building or running onboarding programs from scratch, solo or with minimal support
3+ years in a quota-carrying or customer-facing revenue role (SDR, AE, SE, or CSM)
5+ years total in enablement, onboarding, or revenue program ownership
Skilled in Salesforce and Gong for rep performance analysis
Experience using data to connect onboarding programs to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention
Background in IaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer-focused products; familiarity with CPU cloud
