Hands-on experience with multiple BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Domo, or Qlik)
Experience leading client-facing initiatives
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
