About the role
FreedomPay seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to support its growing technology organization, focusing on learning and development, talent management, and employee relations while administering Cornerstone. The role requires hands-on HR experience and expertise in supporting leadership and workforce planning.
What you’ll do
Partner with leaders on employee relations, talent management, and performance management
Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities including sourcing and interview coordination
Coordinate learning and development programs
Administer Cornerstone Learning Management System
Provide workforce planning and organizational effectiveness guidance
Drive employee engagement initiatives
What you’ll need
6+ years of progressive HR experience including HR Business Partner role
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone LMS
Experience identifying training needs and coordinating/facilitating programs
Strong employee relations judgment and analytical skills
U.S. work authorization
