Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
What you’ll need
12+ month contract engagement commitment
Experience conducting extensive business requirements elicitation and authoring BRDs
Background in process mapping, use case development, requirements management, and testing coordination
Experience creating user documentation and supporting training initiatives
Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and communicate effectively
Customer portal experience strongly preferred
