About the role
CNO Financial Group is hiring a remote Business Analyst to act as a liaison between licensing, technology, and stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements and supporting system enhancements, testing, and reporting. The role requires mid-level experience in business analysis, insurance licensing knowledge, and strong analytical and Excel skills.
What you’ll do
Act as liaison between enterprise licensing, technology teams, and stakeholders
Translate business needs into requirements and actionable insights
Support system enhancements and implementations
Support process improvements and issue resolution
Support testing activities including user acceptance and regression testing
Produce accurate reports and maintain detailed documentation
What you’ll need
3+ years of experience in business analysis, insurance operations, licensing, process improvement, or testing
Knowledge of insurance agent licensing, appointments, onboarding, renewals, assignments, and terminations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
Experience with Business Objects or comparable reporting platforms
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations, or 8 years of related work experience
Experience with Jira, Pega, or similar workflow management tools
