About the role
Databricks is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, trustworthy AI/BI experiences that help technical and non-technical users explore data, understand AI-generated insights, and take action—owning the full design process from idea to launch.
What you’ll do
Design intuitive and trustworthy ways for users to explore data, understand AI-generated insights, and act on them
Help shape AI-native enterprise software and the AI/BI strategy
Oversee and impact the entire design process from idea to GA
Lead large and complex design projects
Balance the needs of diverse stakeholders
Execute visual and interaction work rooted in a data-driven, well-researched UX process
What you’ll need
5+ years of product design work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines
Comfortable talking to strategic customers in key decision-making positions
Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex design projects
Experience shipping great digital products
Portfolio showcasing the end-to-end design process
