What you’ll do
Build and own runtime infrastructure that orchestrates AI agents

What you’ll need
5+ years building production backend/infrastructure systems
Strong in Python or Go, ideally both
Deep experience in at least 3 of: distributed systems, concurrent/async programming, event-driven architectures, database systems, observability, gRPC/protobuf, or machine learning
Hands-on experience building production systems using LLMs or other ML models
Comfort with ambiguity on novel problems without textbook solutions
Experience with LLM techniques such as RAG, chain-of-thought, function calling, or agentic reasoning; or ML training/evaluation in production; or research in ML/LLMs/information retrieval
