Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and ACA
Experience using an HRIS platform, including UKG
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
