About the role
AS Beauty is hiring a Senior Manager to run day-to-day Amazon sales across its beauty brands, covering promotions, Seller Central health, product launches, inventory, reporting, and joint business planning with Amazon. The role requires deep hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience and a data-driven, proactive approach.
What you’ll do
Own daily and weekly portfolio performance across sales, traffic, conversion, and margin
Execute the promotional calendar, including Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday
Own Seller Central and catalog health, including Buy Box protection and issue resolution
Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and inventory flow for new products
Build and own weekly reporting that uncovers opportunities and supports strategy
Support joint business planning with Amazon and track day-to-day follow-through
What you’ll need
5–8 years of experience in Amazon, marketplace, or DTC sales
Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central
Financial and analytical skills with revenue and margin target management
Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle many moving pieces
Some people or project leadership experience
Experience at a beauty or CPG brand with existing Amazon relationships
