What you’ll do
Identify, evaluate, and advance transformative AI opportunities across PGS
Build and iterate agentic AI prototypes to validate feasibility and gather feedback
Develop business cases, investment strategies, and value realization frameworks
Partner with delivery teams to scale responsible AI solutions into production
Influence senior leaders and drive strategic decisions across matrixed organizations
Shape organizational AI capabilities, standards, and ways of working
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field with 8+ years; or master's with 7+ years
Significant product management and innovation leadership experience
Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI, prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls
Ability to build working agentic prototypes with an agent-building platform or framework
Technical proficiency in Python or JavaScript, APIs, structured data, and agent execution trace inspection
Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise delivery frameworks
