About the role
Meriton is hiring an IT Field Solutions Engineer II to provide hands-on IT support for HVAC service and control technicians, troubleshooting field devices, software, and connectivity while managing assets and documenting issues. What you’ll do
Provide hands-on IT support for HVAC Service and Control Technicians
Troubleshoot field devices, software, and connectivity
Manage equipment and assets
Document recurring issues and support processes
Flex between support, discovery, and project work
Help establish procedures where none exist yet
What you’ll need
2+ years in IT services or field support role
Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, networking, drivers, endpoints, and application dependencies
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/wLAN/vLAN, VPN, and remote access
Knowledge of MS Active Directory infrastructure
Ability to learn unfamiliar technology quickly and work independently
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
