About the role
Lead the design and scaling of clinical data platform solutions at Aledade, focusing on data integration, standardization, and AI/ML-powered clinical insights, while partnering with cross-functional teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
What you’ll do
Define product requirements and roadmaps
Partner with business, technical, analytics, and clinical teams
Design workflows and implementation plans
Drive clinical data integration and standardization
Leverage AI/ML for clinical insights
Manage product lifecycle
What you’ll need
8+ years of product management in healthcare technology or SaaS
Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum
Understanding of EHR data integration standards (FHIR, QRDA, CCDA, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, RxNorm)
Experience with clinical data pipelines and SQL querying large healthcare datasets
Familiarity with NLP/ML techniques for extracting clinical insights
