Technical documentation skills including PRDs, user flows, and process maps
Experience with wireframing/prototyping and process mapping tools
Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and JIRA Align
Ability to write queries, extract insights, and validate assumptions with data
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
Experience with scaled agile frameworks and running agile ceremonies
