What you’ll need
7+ years as TPM, Engineering Manager, or Scrum Master with 3-5 years in frontend-heavy domains
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills translating technical concepts into business value
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Datadog, LogRocket, and Google Analytics
