Evolve reusable patterns and ensure solutions meet accessibility standards
Mentor and coach UX colleagues in research and design practice
What you’ll need
Experience independently leading research and design for complex products
Portfolio connecting problem framing and design decisions to measurable outcomes
Skills in planning interviews, workflow observation, and usability studies
Deep expertise in information architecture, complex workflows, and detailed interface design
Experience building realistic interactive prototypes with UX, AI, and code-based tools
Ability to align stakeholders, resolve tradeoffs, and coach designers
