5+ years of software or data engineering experience with direct management of engineers
Working familiarity with modern data platform/orchestration tooling and cloud data warehousing/transformation frameworks
Strong technical literacy and comfort with data pipeline concepts
Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including client-delivery-adjacent access and governance requests
Experience with Agile methodologies in a sprint-based product delivery model
Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
