About the role
Early Warning Services seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy for secure payment experiences in AI-enabled and agentic commerce at Paze. What you’ll do
Define and advance product strategy for secure payment experiences in AI-enabled and agentic commerce ecosystems
Lead product discovery, development, commercialization, and ongoing optimization
Partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions
Drive measurable customer and business value through product decisions
Operate independently through ambiguity and make product tradeoffs across organizational boundaries
Translate customer insights, market signals, data, and business needs into product requirements and decisions
What you’ll need
12+ years of progressive experience or equivalent portfolio
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for complex customer-facing products
Proven experience leading products through discovery, development, launch, commercialization, and optimization
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineering and architecture teams
Knowledge of payment processing, fraud prevention, digital commerce ecosystems, or regulated technology environments
