About the role

What you’ll do

• Build the robotics execution layer translating AI-driven task plans into reliable hardware behavior
• Implement motion execution and feedback control on real robotic systems
• Integrate industrial robot systems into production environments
• Commission and tune robotic hardware in real-world settings
• Support production deployment of robotic systems

What you’ll need

• 3+ years building and deploying robotics software on physical systems, with strong Python and C++ skills
• Strong understanding of feedback control, system dynamics, stability, trajectory tracking, and real-time robotic systems
• Ability to reason about robot behavior across software, controls, timing, calibration, and hardware
• Hands-on experience integrating, tuning, and commissioning robotic systems in real-world environments
• Strong experience building production-grade robotics systems in ROS2 and integrating AI-based perception, learned policies, or high-level task planning with motion and control
• Experience programming or interfacing with industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, or UR
