About the role
Envision Technology Solutions is hiring a Sitecore Technical Lead to lead Sitecore project work, guide teams on designs and technical issue resolution, and coordinate with offshore and onsite teams. The role requires deep Sitecore expertise including XM Cloud, headless SXA, JSS, and strong client communication skills.
What you’ll do

Guide teams on designs and technical issue resolution

Provide technical leadership for Sitecore implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Ensure adherence to agile methodology and DevOps practices
What you’ll need
5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore
2+ years of headless SXA experience on XM Cloud
Experience with GraphQL, Next.js/React.js, ASP.NET MVC, and cloud (Azure/AWS)
Experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA modules, and Helix principles
Experience with Sitecore Search & Personalization and Sitecore versions 9.x to 10.x
Bachelor's degree and prior experience as a Technical Lead on a Sitecore program
