What you’ll do
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of the AI-enabled Owner & Operator Portal
Lead product delivery across web, mobile, AI agent, notifications and communications
Guide cross-functional stakeholders and teams to develop capabilities and data models
Champion engineering process disciplines such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban and ITIL
Champion responsible AI practices and governance
Drive value case development and adoption measurement
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressive product management experience leading digital experience products
Deep working expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem
Expert understanding of multi-surface experience environments (web, mobile, AI agent, notifications)
Strong knowledge of AI assistant capabilities and responsible AI practices
Experience with Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and CRM data models
