About the role

What you’ll do

• Design user experiences and interfaces for digital hospitality products
• Create guest-facing web and native applications for discovering amenities, managing stays and reservations, and engaging with Caesars Rewards
• Partner with digital product teams
• Present work to internal clients, facilitate workshops, and conduct stakeholder interviews
• Iterate on designs based on design critique feedback

What you’ll need

• Minimum 4 years of UX experience within an agile team; bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field
• Experience bringing high-quality digital products to market
• Expertise in responsive/mobile-first design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodology
• Portfolio showcasing wireframes, sitemaps, navigation flows, user journeys, process flows, interaction design, and technical design specifications
• Experience presenting work to internal clients, facilitating workshops, and conducting stakeholder interviews
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or other prototyping tools, plus Adobe Creative Suite and Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
