What you’ll do
Develop strategy and recommendations for the North America GM Office
Lead cross-functional programs from planning through implementation

Manage project plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
What you’ll need
BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, directly or through consulting
Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate insights into recommendations
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with MS Office Suite proficiency
Management consulting, corporate strategy, digital transformation, omnichannel, or AI-related experience preferred
