About the role
Fortrea seeks a Senior Director to establish, govern, and scale AI capabilities across the organization, leading enterprise AI strategy, responsible AI governance, workforce readiness, and cross-functional adoption.
What you’ll do
Lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap
Establish and oversee responsible AI governance frameworks
Drive workforce AI literacy and readiness programs
Deploy Agentic AI frameworks and adoption models
Lead organizational change management for AI adoption
Enable cross-functional adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Data Science, AI, or related field
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, data, AI, governance, or change management
7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide strategic programs, governance initiatives, or technology transformation
Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and organizational enablement strategies
Experience managing cross-functional teams and organizational capability-building initiatives
Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Responsible AI, and emerging technology trends
