About the role
Carrum Health seeks a Demand Generation Manager to convert existing audiences into pipeline by owning nurture, scoring, and conversion programs in Marketo and Salesforce. The role partners closely with Sales, focuses on converting open pipeline, and reports on funnel performance in a remote-first health tech company.
What you’ll do
Own strategy and execution of email nurture and multi-channel campaigns
Build, test, and manage campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
Own lead scoring, routing, and marketing-to-sales handoff
Build audience segments by buyer type, account, and engagement
Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to prioritize accounts and close the loop on lead quality
Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on funnel conversion, campaign performance, and pipeline influence
What you’ll need
5+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations experience
Strong skills in Marketo and Salesforce
Experience tying campaign activity to pipeline and funnel analytics
Experience partnering with Sales on shared goals
Familiarity with Zoom Webinars, Asana, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
