About the role

What you’ll do
Own development and support of LOS tools, integrations, databases, and diagnostics
Drive work from stakeholder requirements through architectural decisions and production deployment
Direct AI coding agents and verify their output

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent; 7+ years of professional software development
Strong C# experience across modern .NET and .NET Framework
Sustained use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot agent mode) on production work
Clear grasp of synchronous vs asynchronous design, from async/await to system-level queueing, caching, and retries
Disciplined, evidence-based approach to debugging and production diagnosis with Application Insights or comparable telemetry
SQL Server and T-SQL tuning, plus Azure App Service, Functions, Key Vault, and Azure SQL
