What you’ll need
5+ years PM experience delivering consumer web/mobile products at scale, with shipped work that moved key metrics
Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products; real estate or high-consideration marketplace experience
Hands-on AI fluency using tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor; experience shipping LLM-powered features to production
Strong data skills including SQL to investigate performance and size opportunities
Comfort with ambiguity; can define a problem, decide with incomplete information, and adjust
Track record aligning engineering, design, operations, and business leaders; experience with listing data, MLS, or content ingestion pipelines
