About the role
Gong seeks a Professional Services Consultant to guide mid-market and small enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of its Revenue AI platform, managing process mapping, configuration, and change management across projects.
What you’ll do
Guide customers through deployment and initial adoption of Gong platform
Manage process mapping and solution configuration
Ensure quality assurance and change management across projects
Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across functional teams
Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting
Communicate technical and business concepts to customer teams
What you’ll need
4+ years of consulting experience in customer-facing Professional Services role
Strong working knowledge of revenue operations and business processes
Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions within major CRM platforms
Solid technical aptitude and comfort with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
