About the role

What you’ll do
Originate, structure, and close corporate credit and securitized product transactions
Develop market relationships and deal flow
Contribute to investment execution and platform development
Evaluate transaction quality, capital structure, collateral, and risk
What you’ll need
10-20+ years of institutional credit experience
Verifiable history of independently sourced and closed transactions
Deep expertise in corporate direct lending, asset-backed finance, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, ABS, or private high yield
Established market relationships with sponsors, leveraged finance groups, syndicated loan desks, or CLO managers
Proven ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
Bachelor's degree required
