About the role
GLD is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support its DTC, wholesale, and retail operations. The role focuses on day-to-day NetSuite administration, troubleshooting order and integration flows, and improving configurations and processes with stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration and support
Troubleshoot order and integration flows
Work with stakeholders to improve configurations, processes, and integrations
Gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions
Document business requirements and assist in test planning and execution
What you’ll need
1–3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including configuration and customization
Strong understanding of finance, operations, inventory, supply chain, and order management in a DTC, wholesale, or retail environment
Proficient with saved searches, reports, roles and permissions, and workflows
Experience documenting business requirements and assisting in test planning and execution
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification; experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and NetSuite integrations
Experience with Shopify, Celigo (integrator.io), Infios OMS, Warehouse Edge, Orderful EDI, and ShipStation
