What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Systems, or Computer Engineering from ABET accredited institution
10+ years of experience in machine & systems integration on complex software-driven electro-mechanical systems
Experience leading project execution teams
Proficiency in systems engineering principles including requirements development, system architecture, traceability, integration, and V&V
Skill in applying FMEA, HARA, and DVP&R to manage technical risk
Proven ability to lead structured problem solving and root cause identification using 8D methodology
