About the role
Deloitte seeks a Principal Software Engineer to set technical strategy and architecture for workflow and integration capabilities on its GlobalAdvantage platform, guiding engineering standards and mentoring engineers. Set technical strategy and architecture for workflow and integration capabilities

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
5+ years in workflow automation, process management, or case management solutions (Pega, .NET, or combination)
Proven ability to set technical direction and mentor senior/staff engineers
Active accreditation: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, AWS Certified Solutions Architect/AI Practitioner, Pega Lead System Architect, or SAFe/TOGAF
Experience with enterprise workflow/low-code platforms (ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce) and AI-led engineering
Extensive experience with CI/CD, containerization, performance tuning, and production support
