About the role
PopStroke is hiring an IT Manager to lead the strategy and execution of IT systems, applications, tools, and networks across its venues and corporate locations, managing infrastructure and operations while collaborating on company growth.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy and execution of IT systems, applications, tools, and networks
Manage IT services and infrastructure across venues and corporate locations
Support deployments and operations
Collaborate across departments to build systems and processes for company growth
What you’ll need
Experience managing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Okta/SSO, and Windows/Mac endpoints via RMM tools
Expertise in Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst environments, including Layer 2/Layer 3/VLAN design, routing, and switching
Experience with network security, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and IT compliance/risk management
Knowledge of Cloud VOIP, Wi-Fi platforms like Ubiquiti, and ITSM tools such as JIRA Service Management
Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent
Background in multi-unit hospitality, retail, or sports entertainment environments with AV, POS, or IoT integrations
