About the role
Axon seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive adoption and enablement of the Axon Fusus platform by developing training curricula and delivering instructor-led programs to internal teams and law enforcement customers. The role also supports deployment readiness, sustainment, and quality assurance across public-safety and enterprise environments.
What you’ll do
Develop curricula and training programs for the Axon Fusus platform
Deliver instructor-led training to internal teams and law enforcement customers
Support post-deployment sustainment, readiness, and quality assurance
Facilitate learning for technical and operational audiences
Improve enablement programs using feedback and performance data
Support technical deployments and integrations in enterprise environments
What you’ll need
Experience delivering instructor-led training to professional audiences of 50+ participants
Experience developing structured training or enablement programs
Strong facilitation skills for technical and operational audiences
Working knowledge of IP networking, RTSP, video streaming, DVR/NVR, and camera infrastructure
Background in law enforcement, public safety, or emergency management
Experience with video management systems, real-time operations centers, or situational awareness platforms
